•Individual sessions consist of personalized discussion of your health concerns and how lifestyle changes can improve them.  We will set goals, which include on line “homework”.  At each subsequent session, we will review your goals, and discuss your successes and difficulties, and set new goals to help you achieve improved health.

If you are not willing to increase your consumption of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes (beans, peas and lentils) this may not be a good fit for you!
