Fresh Start is designed to fulfill the Intensive Theraperutic Lifestyle Change (ITLC) Program requirements as defined by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and to be suitable for use in the Lifestye Medicine Residency Curriculum.

These materials are available to anyone to be utilized as is or modified to your own specific needs. I borrowed heavily from other resources, and very little is original with me.

This was initially offered to my students and residents who were interested in developing their own programs, but needed a place to start.
