Lifestyle Medicine Virtual Class!

For Employees of Memorial Health System

and their Spouses

Conveniently Bringing Health to your Home

or wherever you may be!

It is our hope that by attending you will have significant improvement in your health and medical conditions, decreasing your risk of heart attack, stroke, many forms of cancer and other chronic diseases, as well as decreasing your need of medication, thereby saving money at the same time!
The eight 60-minute sessions consist of live educational presentations with time for your questions. You will receive weekly assignments that will be practical, educational, and hopefully fun!

Free to MHS employees and their spouses who are participating in the employee wellness program.

You need to download the Microsoft Teams (there is a free version!) set up an account, if you don’t already have one, and have Internet access for the time of the class.

Optional follow up individual visits can be scheduled with one of our lifestyle medicine specialists, exercise experts, or health coaches to review your progress, and set personal goals for your continued new healthy lifestyle! These visits will be billed to insurance. Co-pays may apply, depending on your insurance plan.

Other Requirements:

If you are on medication or have a significant illness, you need to be under the care of a primary health care provider (PCP), or be willing to begin a relationship with a PCP. (We can help you locate one!)

Any charges associated with a PCP are your responsibility, and not provided as part of this program.
