Are you ready for health?
- It is our hope that you will have significant improvement in your health and medical conditions, decreasing your risk of heart attack, stroke, many forms of cancer and other chronic diseases, as well as decreasing your need of medication, thereby saving money at the same time!
- Individual sessions consist of personalized discussion of your health concerns and how lifestyle changes can improve them. We will set goals, which include on line “homework”. At each subsequent session, we will review your goals, and discuss your successes and difficulties, and set new goals to help you achieve improved health.
- Appointments (for Dr. Drozek) are 50 minutes.
- Arrive 30 minutes early for your first appointment!
- Arrive 15 minutes early for each follow up visit!
- It is important that you arrive early to complete all check in paperwork and vital signs so that we can devote the entire appointment time to our discussion together!
- You will receive assignments that will be practical and informative. Plan on at least an hour of homework between sessions. Unless you do the homework, you will not have success!
- These visits will be billed to insurance.
- Co-pays may apply, depending on your insurance plan.
- If you have a financial hardship, please let us know!
Other Requirements:
If you are on medication or have a significant illness, you need to be under the care of a primary health care provider (PCP), or be willing to begin a relationship with a PCP. (We can help you locate one!)
Any charges associated with a PCP are your responsibility, and not provided as part of this program.
