The Basics

We promote a predominantly plant-based, whole food diet!  This is different from a "vegan diet”, which focuses on what you don’t eat, and can actually be very unhealthy, if it is high in salt, sugar and fat!  Most of what you eat should be plant-based, whole foods (from the Green Light  list).  The more of these you eat, the healthier you will be!
