In Person Appointments

-60 minutes face to face with the provider

-Personalized attention

-You are encouraged to bring your spouse / partner / household member with you (no extra charge)

-Currently only in Belpre and Athens, Ohio

Sessions are billed to insurance, co-pays and deductibles may apply!

We attempt to bill your insurance with codes that the Affordable Care Act created for services to be provided for prevention and risk reduction, that were intended to be without co-pay, however, not all insurance companies honor these.

If not covered by your insurance:

Uninsured patients: Memorial Health System offers our uninsured patients a 40% discount and an additional 15% prompt pay discount.

Insured patients: Memorial Health System offers our insured patients a 15% prompt pay discount on the patient responsibility determined by their insurance benefits.

We will communicate with the your primary care or referring provider, and will make any medication changes in consultation with the prescribing provider.

Because lifestyle change is so powerful as a medicine, it is not unusual for patients on medications for diabetes or hypertension to require reductions within the first few weeks of making lifestyle changes due to symptoms of low blood sugar or low blood pressure.
